Why do we have only an 8-day return and refund policy?

At Novykart, we believe in making a difference. Our return and refund policy is limited to a specific number of days to ensure that we keep every item we sell in pristine condition. We offer a limited period for returns to prevent the sale of pre-loved items, ensuring you receive only the best.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags should be there.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We grant only partial refunds in the following situations:

  • If you return an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • If you return an item more than 8 days after delivery.

Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 8 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads
Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at Support@novykart.com.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your order receipt and make sure all tags are there.
  • Our courier Partner will pick order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once we approve your request, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-9 business days.
Return Shipping Cost
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Refunds
Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refund
  • If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a partial refund based on the returned item’s value and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Original Shipping Cost
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchange

Eligibility
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@novykart.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide return instructions and cover the shipping costs.
